• Proposal & Contract Template - Proprietary internal fee development calculator that builds contract proposals and fees while work plans are developed and estimated, reducing fee proposal lead times by 85%.
• Procurement Health Tracking System - Internal procurement financial analysis system matching sell price to purchase price across hundreds of items per project, exposing exact revenue and profit per item while tracking project costs and budgets.
• Health Dashboards - Aggregated real-time dashboards that track and compare budgets vs. spending, potential, actual, and forecasted revenue, and investments per department.
